My name is LaQuisha Cooks and I’m the Owner and (Online & In-Person) Fitness, Nutrition, Health & Wellness Coach at No Limits Fitness based in Vista, Ca. For over 13 years, I’ve worked with over 1,000 clients in Strength Training, Conditioning, Nutrition and Weight Loss. My approach to fitness is largely inspired by Michelle Obama, which shows in the personalized programs I build for my client’s individual needs.


I have helped a large number of clients lose weight, gain muscle, have less health problems and feel amazing through (Online & In-Person) one-on-one as well as group fitness training and nutrition sessions. I have a passion for helping others and it truly makes me happy to see clients reach their wellness, nutrition, fitness & weight loss goals.
